Swatchmods is a small modding bench in Oslo. We work on one watch: the AP × Swatch Royal Pop. We rehouse it in a conversion case and bracelet, and fit every one by hand.
You choose how far you go. Fit the case yourself with a kit, send us your Royal Pop and we do the work, or buy one finished.
